Welcome to this guided, self-reiki meditation designed to help you through periods of challenging health issues. This is a companion meditation to my podcast episode 23, “There are Many Paths to Healing, Including Illness.” You do not need to listen to that episode prior to this meditation, but you might find it extra helpful to do so, so you can understand the detailed purpose of this meditation. Adaptations are given to those who are not attuned to Reiki, so that all may benefit from this powerfully healing meditation.

Cultivating self-love, self-acceptance, as our bodies are, is so very important during the healing process. As a result of this, it is important to cast aside any expectations of being pain-free at the end of this meditation. Rather, this meditation is designed to fill yourself up with the light of love, acceptance, and non-judgment, the very things we strive in our attitudes towards others. By doing so, you raise your vibrations, and fill yourself with light, which will then help you with your illness in ways you cannot comprehend.
