What is Distant Reiki?
Did you know distant Reiki is every bit as powerful as a session done in person? Don’t have time to drive across town to a Reiki appointment? Do you live in another city, state, country, or across the world?
I will admit, I was a bit skeptical when I first learned how to perform distant Reiki healing. The 100’s of clients I have worked with in distant Reiki sessions, relay the same Reiki benefits as my in-person clients. They report feelings of relaxation, happiness, empowerment, ease, and relief from pain. My distant Reiki clients also have the same amount of breakthroughs as those whom I work with in person. And, sometimes, their energetic experiences feel even more powerful to them, because they were not physically present with me.
Many people believe we all come from the same Source, and as such, we are all related and connected to each other. I hold the personal belief that we were all created from the Divine (God, The Creator, whoever that is for you) , and we are a part of this Divine Oneness. This means we can affect each other in many ways, because we are all connected and part of the Divine/God from which we come from.
If you think about the power of prayer, it works in large part because we believe we can send others our love, blessings, and intentions, connecting through the power of God. (Whomever you believe God to be.) I believe that Reiki, and distant Reiki, works on similar principles, and that using that universal life force energy (the source of Reiki energy) is also the same as “God energy.”
Although not a requirement of distant Reiki, sessions are most powerful if you can be in a quiet, relaxing place (free of interruptions) during the session. At the time of your appointment, I will connect to your energy, and begin the Reiki treatment. It can feel like a warm radiance filling you and surrounding you, and is very soothing. If you cannot be a in a quiet and relaxing place during the session, it is not a problem. The Reiki energy is Divine in source, is intelligent, and will benefit you no matter what you are doing. You can be sleeping, working, walking, and doing just about anything.
I am not a doctor, and cannot legally claim to treat, prevent, or cure any disease or illness, but Reiki can help you cope with a wide range of physical and emotional ailments.
Once you schedule an appointment with me, at the date and time of your appointment, I will call you on the phone (optional) or call you after the session. Then I will connect to your energy field, and will work on any issues you need help with (stress reduction, relaxation, medical issues, emotional issues, spiritual issues, etc.) and will also scan and clear your aura, as well as clear out any energy blocks I find. I also do a complete chakra balancing and cleaning with each 90 minute session. I am an intuitive and empathic person, and often pick up information psychically. If there is a message of some sort, I will give that to you, but please know this does not happen with every client or every session. I am just the messenger, and there are not always messages. 🙂
