The number one concern I hear from students and experienced Reiki practitioners is that they feel their self-reiki treatments aren’t working, and they don’t feel much when they do their self-Reiki. This has caused many practitioners to give up on their self treatments. Please don’t give up! In this episode, I help you understand how common this is, and many things you can do to help yourself tune in more, and to feel more, when doing your self-Reiki treatments.

We will develop ta strong connection with Sei Heiki, and this will be useful for when we later want to use Sei Heiki while doing self-reiki, or even when working on clients.
